The following gaps must be resolved by the service owner and legal reviewer before publishing binding terms, including the contracting entity, applicable jurisdictions, effective date and acceptance mechanism.

Eligibility

Pending approval: permitted users, minimum age, territorial restrictions and the relationship between VertigoPro eligibility and each venue’s eligibility rules.

Acceptable use

Pending approval: prohibited conduct, account responsibilities, enforcement and suspension procedures.

Trading risk

Pending approval: the required risk disclosures and how users acknowledge them. No risk waiver is created by this documentation.

Third-party venues and services

Pending approval: the allocation of responsibilities between VertigoPro, trading venues, authentication providers and data suppliers.

Fees

The fee reference records implemented settings and their current execution limits. Contractual pricing, changes, billing and any refund provisions require separate approval.

Service availability

Pending approval: service commitments, maintenance provisions and remedies. Engineering targets and observed performance are not a service-level agreement.

Intellectual property

Pending approval: ownership, licences, data-use rights and restrictions on reuse of the service or its content.

Limitation of liability

Pending legal drafting for the relevant contracting entity and jurisdiction. No exclusions, caps, indemnities or dispute-resolution terms have been supplied for publication.

Changes to these terms

Pending approval: notice requirements, effective dates, version retention and the method for accepting changes.
