Positions, orders, and account data
The Account widget separates venue state from public market data. It requires a real account context or a supported public account selection. Preview accounts contain no balances, positions or orders. Trading actions remain disabled in the current release.
Balances and account summary
Open BALANCES for available holdings and the account summary for equity and margin information. Read the venue and account scope before using a figure. Loading, unavailable and empty are different states; an empty or failed query does not establish that an account has no funds.
Positions and live PnL
POSITIONS shows available position size, entry and mark information, unrealised PnL and related margin figures. VertigoPro can update displayed PnL using a live price estimate between account updates. That estimate is not realised PnL or a settlement record.
Closing and reducing positions
Position management controls exist in the account components but are disabled by the multi-venue execution gate. Use the venue’s own application for a close or reduction. Confirm the account, market and remaining size there; removing a position widget has no effect on exposure.
Open orders and cancellation
OPEN ORDERS shows orders available to the selected account view. Cancellation from VertigoPro is currently disabled. Manage cancellations at the venue and verify the final order status. A disappeared row during reconnect is not a cancellation acknowledgement.
Active TWAPs
TWAPS presents available venue TWAP state separately from ordinary open orders. A running TWAP is not the same as a completed fill. Lighter public spectating does not expose private TWAP history through this view.
Trade history
TRADE HISTORY contains available account fills. It is distinct from the public Trades tape. History retrieval is venue-dependent and may be bounded; do not use an incomplete window as a complete account ledger.
Order history
ORDER HISTORY presents available historical order states. Use it alongside fills when investigating an accepted, rejected or cancelled order. Lighter’s public spectate view does not provide private order history.
Funding history
FUNDING HISTORY shows retrieved account funding entries where supported. Funding is separate from the current market rate and from execution fees. The tab can be unavailable or empty independently of positions.
Switching account scope
Use the account selector or SPECTATE to establish the view’s account context. Confirm the venue and full account identifier after switching. Account data is scoped separately from the chart’s market group; a market change must not be interpreted as a balance transfer or an account-authorisation change.
Spectating public accounts
- Open SPECTATE from the terminal controls.
- Enter a valid public EVM wallet address, or search a saved wallet label and select it.
- Confirm the selected account and wait for public data to load.
- Leave spectating before interpreting another account as your own.
Spectating never grants trading permission. For Lighter, the terminal looks up accounts belonging to the entered L1 wallet address and uses the main account, or the first returned account if no main account is identified. This control does not accept an arbitrary numeric account index or offer a subaccount picker. Lighter’s implemented public view is limited to available balances and positions; its open orders, TWAPs and private histories are not exposed there. Hyperliquid account queries use the actual account address, not an API-wallet signer address.
Stale and reconnecting states
When a feed disconnects, last-known values may remain visible while account state refreshes. Check the panel state before acting elsewhere on an apparent position or order change. If data stays unavailable, verify the identifier, restore connectivity and compare with the venue application.
CHASES is disabled. Neither that tab nor any preview account should be treated as active strategy management.
