Registration
Signing in creates a VertigoPro profile on first use. You need access to your chosen Google or X account, or a compatible browser wallet for wallet sign-in. No venue deposit is required.
Continue with Google
- Open SIGN IN in the terminal header.
- Select Continue with Google.
- Complete Google’s authentication and return to VertigoPro.
- Allow saved preferences to finish loading before changing your workspace.
Success returns you to your requested terminal page with the account menu available. A first account may open Add an account automatically; that dialog is a separate preview, not another registration requirement.
If authentication fails, retry from SIGN IN and check that your browser allows the provider’s authentication flow. Do not create a second identity to work around a temporary loading error.
Continue with X
Select Continue with X on the same sign-in page and complete the provider flow. Use the same provider identity on subsequent visits to recover the same profile. The interface does not offer a documented account-merging procedure for separate Google, X and wallet identities.
Continue with a wallet
- Unlock your browser wallet and select the address you intend to use as your VertigoPro identity.
- Choose Continue with Wallet.
- Complete the hCaptcha check if presented, then inspect and sign the authentication message.
- Return to the terminal and check the account menu.
This signature authenticates you to VertigoPro. It does not approve a venue API wallet, a builder fee or an order. If the captcha is unavailable, retry after checking browser blocking settings. If you reject the signature, the page remains available for another attempt.
Continue as a guest
Choose Continue as guest or Back to terminal. Public charts, books and discovery remain available. Guest preferences stay in that browser; signing in is required for account-backed synchronisation and the Wallets management surface.
What signing in saves
The account preference system covers workspaces, venue-qualified watchlists, recent markets, appearance, chart preferences, sound and popup settings, and supported feed preferences. Saved exchange account descriptors contain public identifiers and labels; they do not restore trading permission.
A preview account created through Add account is temporary and does not become a saved exchange connection. Settings and alerts describes sync status and recovery.
Changing browsers or devices
Sign in with the same identity on the other device. Wait for Settings → General → Account sync to show Synced. The active workspace choice and local navigation can differ between devices. Trading credentials and an unlocked session are not transferred with preferences.
Account and session security
Keep control of the authentication provider or wallet used for your profile. Never give support an authentication token, seed phrase or API private key. Security distinguishes identity signatures from trading authorisations.
Sign-out behaviour
Use Sign out in the account menu. The terminal clears active account state and signing sessions and leaves the signed-in preference scope. Signing out does not revoke an API key at a venue or cancel orders there.
If remote sign-out fails, VertigoPro reports that local sign-out completed; do not interpret it as confirmation that every remote session has ended. Clear device is a separate destructive action described in settings.
